Shipping in United States
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a fee based on the total weight of the package and destination will be added during the checkout. We source products from all over the world and shipping times may vary depending on the location of the product. Products shipped from within the United States will be delivered in 2-4 business days, while products shipped from outside of the United States might take between 7 to 14 business days after placing your order.
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours during business days. Once the payment is verified, we might not be able to cancel or change your order. However, we will do our best to support your request within the first 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Product Availability
While we strive to ensure that all products on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment, there may be instances where certain products are backordered or out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated restock date. If you wish to cancel your order due to the delay, please contact us for a full refund.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by vendors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays. We will do our best to notify you in advance about potential delays and appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Product Branding
We source products from all over the world and from many different brands. You can expect normal tags and/or information on the products that originally come with each brand. Many overseas products are white label, which means it is unbranded. In this case, it will not have branded tags or packages, only generic size and care tags.
Product Sizing
All products are true to U.S. sizing unless otherwise stated in each product description. All product descriptions include sizing information.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments using encrypted payment gateway and will show "SP MXSTUDIO" for the credit card charge. We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX. We also accept payments by major payment providers including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay with up to four payment installments.
We do not store your credit card information and it cannot be viewed by our staff or any outside party using our website. Please be sure to provide your exact billing information such as email, phone number, billing address and credit card information to avoid delays in processing your order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and payment is verified. Once the payment is verified, we might not be able to cancel or change your order. However, we will do our best to support your request within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
