With 15,000+ styles we strive to offer you the latest fashion choices from around the world and maintain a healthy relationship with our vendors. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day online return request policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an online return and another 7 days to complete your return to receive a refund or exchange for your item.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging, and cannot be worn or used. To initiate an online return, please log in to your account or use the Returns Page link. To begin the online processing of your return using the link above, you will need to provide your order ID (#MX order number found in your email) and email address or your phone number used at the time of placing your order.
Please note that all returns must be shipped to the address indicated with your return instructions. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions via email on where and how to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Jewelry damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, provided you ship it back to us per our instructions as soon as you discover the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, intimates, jewelry, some type of accessories and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are final sale and non-refundable. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Sale items or gift cards. Clearance Sale category will be indicated in the product meta description under the Social Share buttons.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return the item you have, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your refund is completed. Once the refund is completed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment or the payment method requested at the time of the processing of your return within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
